The bust of Josef Hanus

The bust of Josef Hanuš (1872-1955) is a reminder that this outstanding czech scientist, professor at the Technical University (ČVUT) in Prague and a member of the Czech Academy of Sciences, was born here. His contribution to analytic chemistry, especially in the field of organic agents and their application in the food industry and inorganic chemistry is still appreciated by many scientists today.
