B&B Mestansky dum

Family B&B "Mestansky dum" is situated in the down town area on the waterfront of the river Upa. It offers accommodation in single and double rooms with possibility of 1 - 2 extra beds and a suite. All rooms have WC/shower, satellite TV, fridge and mini bar. Accommodation includes breakfast, lunch and dinner is available "a la carte" in the pension's own restaurant.

B&B also includes 2 lounges and a Bowling-Bar with four lines, billiards, darts etc. Special offer for cyclists: storage of bicycles in locked garage for free. During the winter season the skibus runs from the B&B to the ski resort "Cerna hora" for free.

It would be difficult to find a house offering accommodation in the Giant Mountains region with longer history than our family hotel in Svoboda nad Upou. It's been standing on the town square already since 1608. The house originally served as a watchtower near a local ford. The stone building was later extended and re-built into a burgher's house. Even today, the renaissance ceilings of the ground floor and original stone door frames still remind us of these ancient times.

"Mestansky dum" offers accommodation in 4 single rooms, 8 double rooms, 5 double rooms with possibility of 1 - 2 extra beds (i.e. extra standard beds in rooms upon request). All rooms have WC/shower, satellite TV, fridge and mini bar.
We also offer a suite with two bedrooms (2 plus 3 beds), living room (satellite TV, fridge), bathroom with tub and shower and separated toilet.

A Bowling-Bar with two modern lanes is located on the ground floor of our hotel. The closest skiing slope is just 2 km away (2 lifts 400 m long , suitable for children and beginners). Skiing resort "Cerna Hora" in Janske Lazne, ca. 4 km away, free ski bus stops in front of the hotel.
