Hotel Patria***

Patria Hotel*** is situated in Trutnov, about 140 km from Prague and 20 km from the winter sport resorts Pec pod Sněžkou. For its location, the hotel is suitable for visitors of the Giant Mountains and the surroundings. It is a hotel with the largest capacity in the town and therefore it´s suitable for groups of tourists and individuals.

Patria Hotel*** was built in the 1984. It is situated in a quiet part of Trutnov, close to the Trutnov sportsgrounds, on the Banks of ÚPA river.
In November 2003, the Hotel was purchased by the firm of CZ-FACI PRAG Ltd. and refurbished the majority of the rooms in style and comfort.

Accommodation in single rooms, double rooms, suites. The capacity of the hotel is 230 beds with shower + toilet, TV-satellite, *minibar.
Restaurant where breakfast, lunches and dinners are served with the capacity of 150 people.

The surroundings
The town of Trutnov is situated about 20 km south from the Giant Mountains of Krkonoše.. It is a picturesque town with a population of about 35
thousand people. The river Úpa passes through the town and next to hotel Patria. The climate here is pleasant. The surroundings are suitable for hiking and climbing. You can find here a lot of sights that are worth seeing. Trutnov is about 15 km from the border with Poland and it´s very good starting point for visiting the country of our northern neighbours. The Safari ZOO in Dvůr Králové nad Labem belongs to one of those places which are definitely worth visiting. Trutnov offers top-rate sportsgrounds to
international standard, 2 sportsgrounds with lawn, modern winter stadium with all-year round service, aqua park, indoor swimming pool 25 m, tennis courts, 2 indoor sport halls and athletics stadium. Our hotel is situated about 50 m from these sportgrounds and considered as an excellent base for training stays of sportsmen...
