This is a long tour for trekking bike that requires medium physical condition.
The route takes us through the region below the Krkonose Mountains all the way to the edge of Cesky raj (Czech heaven) and uses on secondary roads with little or no traffic. It leads through small scenic villages and communities, around solitary farms offering beautiful views of Krkonose Mountains. At the end of the journey, at the outdoor pool in Kostalov (don't forget to bring your swimsuit), a restaurant offers good plain cooking.

Tour itinerary: Start in Vrchlabi at the ice pavillion - Horní Branná - Jilemnice - Mříčná - Peřimov - Dolní Sytová - Háje nad Jizerou - Loukov - Bystrá nad Jizerou - Podkamínky - Krakov - Kozinec - Koštálov
